I need a plugin that ads water to an image. Can anyone tell me where to get that plugin? I want to do some special effects and want to add water to an image. I used to have it but lost it years ago. Thank you.

What kind of effect are you looking for ? Water waves, static or dynamic, water drops ?

Humm...never thought about that. I believe it is a plugiin to just add water to an image and then you can change it to ripples, waves, etc..not drops. There used to be one like that. You add water to any image and you can adjust it to just a puddle or to cover the image..you can also adjust it to cover just half or any part of the image and then add ripples or waves.
