I've downloaded PhotoFiltre and designed some Pictures.
I saved it as a .jpg and uploaded them to my website.
But the pictures does not look like the Pics. Some of them have just pixel-colours and stripes.

Your pricture has been corupted.
Check if the picture on your own computer is still good, preferably using an other image viewer (I'd recommand Stepstone Image Viewer as an external aid, http://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm ).

If the image still looks good locally, the image probably has been corrupted during the transfer to your website. This corruption could have many causes. Check if the picture was send as an binary file (in opposite of text file) to your website. Other possible causes include: Bad (web)server responce time, Trouble with the internet connection or a bad harddisk on the (web) server.

If the local picture is also dammaged, I'd run a harddisk check.
A bad sector or other harddisk corruption might be the cause.
