Hi - does anyone have a mask which is a provides for a white frame around the photo with a smattering of stars around the edge. Kind of a movie star frame effect.

You can do a little Search with the good eponymous button above this page and use star + mask as key,
select "International" as Category, check "Only display reference topics" and you get the right answer in english language :
