Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600+
RAM memory: 16GB
Hello,

When I use text feature and type in Hebrew, none of fonts work. I see ??? displayed.

Also I cannot open files named in Hebrew. I get "Can't open ???.jpg"

only the V11 is unicode and supports all language
