Black background in PNG images

Hello!
I have a PNG image with transparent background.
Why when I open it on PF 7.2.1 my background become black? And when I save it the pic is saved with black background?
I have try others graphic program but this doesn't happen.

photofiltre show the correct back color, some other soft use white by default.
In PFSX, you can insert a new background with the color wanted (menu Layer)

sorry i don't see correctelly your image sample, I think that the transparency of this png is not supported by PhotoFiltre.
Can you post the png, not the screenshoot ?

I once had this issue.
You need to save the PNG file onto your computer, then open the file from within Photofiltre. This problem happens if you try dragging and dropping the PNG from for example a web browser into Photofiltre, it doesn't carry the transparency for some reason. You need to open it as a file on your PC, it worked for me.
