Danish (da) translation

I would like to work on the danish (da) translation of PhotoFiltre but its not clean how to do it.

On http://www.photofiltre-studio.com/download-en.htm is says "Needs update but works with the last version !", but it does not say how to make changes.

Also there is only link to a PLG file which seems to be a RAR file with compiled file.
I dont see any link to the source files.

Would it not be better to make the text files available online so more people can look at them and help make it better ?

On http://www.photofiltre-studio.com/download-en.htm it says "Translated by www.digitalmagasinet.dk..." but this website don't not seem to be in use anymore, it seems to be overtaken by some crap website.

How do i make StudioDA.pas file into StudioDA.plg so i can test my translations in the program.

I think there should be a page on how to translate/test/update/improve PhotoFiltre so it can be easier.
