New PhotoFiltre 6.5.3 with frames and better noise control?

For the next new PhotoFiltre 6.5.3 it would be nice to have frames and better image noise control like PhotoShop and NeatImage.
PhotoFiltre 6.5.2 is looking old But still nice

Yes, layers

PF7 looks good but it is not as stable as PF6.5.3. I had some crashes with the clone tool in PF7.

Make a PF6.5.3 that uses 8bf and layers like Paint.net but better, smaller and faster.
I love PF6.5.3, but thanks for PF7.

i think it is a memory error because some other users have Windows 7/64 without this bug in the clone tool
