Text Font change

How do I access additional fonts on my system. I only see the default one listed in the program and Windows Explorer comes up to pointing to the system. Bringing up the fonts on Windows 7 I get an error message.

Some problems when installing fonts with Windows 7 in the Font folder. Don't know why.
PhotoFiltre use only installed font on the Font system folder
