PhotoFiltre Registration Not Working

I recently changed OS from Windows Vista to Windows 7. I copied my hard drive to an external drive, which included PF. I reinstalled PFStudio after installing Windows 7 and now it says I'm running the 30 day trial on both my external drive and hard drive.

Is there any way to recover my registration information?

After installation you must enter your original user/key again !
(you need original user/key sent with your license)

I never wrote it down, is there a way to recover it if I have the information for the person it's registered under?

contact the customer service to check your account and ask to resent a key. Here is the link :
