Hey,
I've been using Photofiltre Studio for several years now.
Bought my license in 2006, up to now I could always upgrade to a newer version without any problems.
Today I updatet from version 8.1.1 to version 10.2 and now I have to re-enter my registration code.
How is this possible, shouldn't the Reg-code be automatically entered in the new version?.
Luckily (I thought) I still had the code saved, so I typed it in, but I can't hit the OK-button, can anyone help me out?
Update version 8.1.1 to 10.2 registration no loger valid????

Hi,
In rule, a key is unlimited for the version in use when the licence is bouhgt.
A new key is needed since the 9 version of Studio.
But post a message to Antonio with most of these informations :
- payer name
- payment date
- payment mode
- number and username of the actual key
at this adress : photofiltre@free.fr

Thanks Tom, for your swift reply.
I had already (before I saw your reply) sent a mail with that info to Antiono.
Only left out the payment mode (I think I've sent the money through mail, not sure) and really don't know the exact date anymore (must have been over 3 years ago).
Anyway, thanks a lot.
I'll wait for Antonio's reply.
