PhotoFiltre break down when scanner

Please, I would like to know why my PhotoFiltre is break down when I use the scanner. I use a HP Photosmart C4280. The message is:
"Violation d'accès à l'adresse 005D1966 dans le module 'pfstudiox.exe'. Lecture de l'adresse 000000B4"

and then:

"Violation d'accès à l'adresse 77298917 dans le module 'ntdll.dll. Lecture de l'adresse 73811EDC"

and then:

"Un appel à une fonction du systeme d'exploitation a échoué"

What do I do? Please, help me!

photofiltre don't supports all scanners
(scanners must use fully the twain standard 1.9)
