REGISTRATION KEY

My old computer gave out, so I got a new Vista computer and installed PFS from a download, but it won't take my registration key. Do I need a new one?

Hi Jim,

Sorry for you about Vista ( I have given too , but it's not the matter )
A new key is needed since the 9 version of Studio.
But post a message to Antonio with most of these informations :

- payer name
- payment date
- payment mode
- number of the actual key

Speaking of registration key: Are you going to take PhotoFiltre into the second millennium and give it a user-friendly registration procedure? It is really hopeless to have to manually type/copy&paste merely five characters at a time! Every other program in the world will allow the user to copy&paste the entire key in a single operation. In fact, when I saw I had to copy&paste only five characters at a time, I got so upset that I seriously was thinking about cancelling the order! This "five characters at a time, only"-procedure is simply too awkward and totally outdated.

I am still upset, but will shut up now.

fortunately we are not in the Pharaohs age and have not to engrave each character.
My seller was very nice, he has a keyboard sold to me.

but if your point of view is comprehensible, concede that it was just a little excessively expressed :
enter his registration key is not needed each week or each month ... It's not a so hard work ...

Enter your key in PhotoFiltre Studio

Once your key personal registration key received, you must register it in PhotoFiltre Studio :
1. Launch the menu [? > Registration]
2. Type-in your name by respecting the capital letters and tiny
3. Type-in your registration key by group of five characters (ignore the character "-")
4. If the input is correct, click on the button [Ok]
5. Launch the menu [? > About PhotoFiltre Studio], if you see your name, then, the registration
process is completed

and of couse, you must install a studio X version, not a V7 or a V6 (common error)
