ah ok. In PhotoFiltre 6 you can't draw over transparent surfaces... uhm well if i can imagine myself correct^^

Which version of photoFiltre do you use?

Reflex, how did you make these reflections ? What did you modify ? theres no big difference. but i changed the form of the upper reflection and i added a reflection on the bottom or the bottom reflection also can be a color for example the light green on the green ball. just play with the colours ;)

do you want to know an neon effect like this:



or do you only want to know neon colors?

ok well you only need the spray and blur tool. then you spray white color onto the horses feet and after that you use the blur tool to get the sprayed dots blurred. the last thing i made was that i used the spray tool (white color) again to make some water drops around the feet. uhm i hope you under...
