New plugin for 10.14.1?

Understood, if you work on it with some new update? Let's face it, photofiltre lacks some functions but it is one of the lightweight and easiest to use programs (also for Win 32)

I may be repetitive but it would be nice a plugin to add in the layer section and use it in order to make a partial saturation.
